Termination

4.1 Blacklisted Devices: We do not accept blacklisted devices based on IMEI.

When an IMEI is blacklisted, it typically means that the device cannot be used on mobile networks, and it may also be ineligible for certain services or support from carriers and providers. Devices with blacklisted IMEIs are often restricted from activation and usage to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent use of the device.
  • 4.2 Termination by You: You may stop using the Service at any time. You may choose to terminate the agreement by declining the final offer or requesting the return of your Device.

    4.3 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if we determine that the Device's condition does not match the information provided.

    Device Valuation and Orders

    5.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

    5.2 Device Condition: We reserve the right to change the value of the phone if the device does not meet the user-stated phone condition. Based on the actual condition of the device, ebin has the right to change the price of the estimated value of the device.

    5.3 Order Accuracy: If the user makes a mistake with their order when selling their phone, it may take additional time to process the used device. The user must enter accurate information about their devices during the application form when submitting their order. If the order doesn't sound correct, we will ask the user to resubmit the order.

    5.4 Device Inspection and Payment: Upon receiving your device, the refurbisher will have a maximum of 2 business days to inspect it and ensure that it aligns with the initial assessment. If the assessment matches the received device, the refurbisher will initiate the payment process immediately. You can expect to see the funds in your Zelle® and Venmo accounts within 3 to 6 business days.

    5.5 Device Return Policy: Once the device is packaged and shipped by the end user, the user is not able to request for their device to be returned.

    Device Submission:

    6.1 Device Description: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the device's condition, including but not limited to its make, model, IMEI/Serial Number, and physical condition.

    6.2 Accuracy: You must accurately describes the device's condition. Any inaccuracies may result in a revised offer or the return of the device.

    Offer and Estimated Price:

    7.1 Evaluation: Upon receiving your device, we will evaluate its condition based on the information provided.

    7.2 Offer: We will provide you with an estimated price for the Device based on our evaluation. This offer is subject to change if the Device's condition does not match the information provided.

    7.3 Acceptance: You have the option to accept or decline the estimated price.

    7.4 Acceptance Period: You will have 7 days to accept or decline the offer. If you do not respond within this period, we will consider the offer declined.

    Shipping:

    8.1 Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via USPS for sending your Device to us.

    8.2 Packaging: You are responsible for securely packaging the Device to prevent damage during transit.

    8.3 Tracking: You are encouraged to use the provided tracking number to monitor the shipment's progress.

    Payment:

    9.1 Payment Method: Payments will be made using Zelle® or Venmo, as specified by you during the offer acceptance process. We may add other payment methods in the future.

    9.2 Payment Schedule: Payment will be initiated once we receive and verify the condition of the Device.

    9.3 Payment Amount: The final payment amount may vary from the estimated price based on our evaluation.

    Device Ownership:

    10.1 Transfer of Ownership: By selling your Device, you agree to transfer ownership to us upon acceptance of the offer and receipt of payment.

    10.2 Data: You are responsible for backing up and removing any personal data from the Device before shipping it to us.
